KOVOS, spol. s r.o. is a Czech manufacturing company founded in 1991 and focused on metal production and powder coating - komaxit. We specialize in wire program. The company is a TÜV-SÜD quality certificated according to ISO 9001: 2016, which together with IS Helios, modern technologies and many years of experience guarantee reliable processing of our customers' requirements.
Our in-house design (3D CAD Solidworks) and development department, prototype workshop and tool shop allow us to completely cover your needs from idea to mass production.
With Solidworks 3D CAD software, even the most complex requirements can be efficiently handled to detect potential deficiencies in the pre-production phase and develop products tailored to your needs.
For all our products from standard, stainless and special materials we offer a wide range of final surface protection such as powder coating, galvanized glossy / matt zinc, hot zinc, electrochemical polishing, chrome plating, etc.
Of course we offer complete complementary services such as product labeling (stamping, embossing, spraying), packaging, domestic and international transport, final assembly of products (assembly of wheels, various labels, seals, etc.), which we offer to rationalize your production.

POWDER COATING
We offer powder coating of steel, galvanized and aluminum materials on the automatic high-capacity line of the Swiss company ITW GEMA, which also includes degreasing and phosphate pretreatment. This technology, complemented by an automatic application booth, is a highly productive way of finishing surfaces by powder coating plastics (komaxing). The maximum dimension of painted part 3000x1000x1300mm (LxWxH), load up to 160kg per 1m conveyor and capacity up to 1000m² of coated area per shift allows to meet even the most demanding jobs.
